5 St Philips - 5Plus Architects

Working closely with Graphicks creative agency, CM Photo Video were tasked with creating a series of videos to showcase the redevelopment work undertaken at 5 St Philips in Birmingham, highlighting the transformational refurbishment achieved by Royal London Asset Management and 5Plus Architects.

In this video, we spoke with David King-Smith from 5Plus to capture his insights into the project, and understand the journey the building has taken. Combined with footage of the completed renovation, this video acts as a powerful marketing tool to attract potential occupiers.
